Return policy
We provide 24 months entire statutory warranty period on all our products. The warranty period begins on the day the product is collected by the consumer. Buyer acknowledges that he is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. In the event that the goods the buyer is not taking up the contract of sale, buyer must immediately notify the seller.
When claiming the goods to be purchased, the buyer sent or presented to the merchandise, along with all documents which were issued in equipment orders. The claim is necessary to attach a description of the nature of the error. If the buyer returns the damaged goods must be returned complete as it took.
Transport costs are borne by the customer, back to the customer are covered by us. Complaints dealt with in working days, without undue delay.
Information about the handling of complaints are sent by email to the email address provided by the buyer or the postal address given in the order of the claimed goods. If the buyer is required to send information to another address, must disclose that fact in the notice of claim.
Seller is not responsible for errors caused by rough handling or mechanical damage.
Relations not CouCou Company business conditions are governed by Act no. 513/1991 Z. z. Commercial Code, as amended.
